the same as JUDITH...A PURCHASE WAS MADE ON FEBRUARY 15.2020..I HAD NO RIGHT TO CANCELL IT 24 HOURS LATER..SO I RECEIVED THE BOOTS THROUGH BORDERFREE..-WHICH BY THE WAY DID NOT FIT-....AND THE JOURNEY STARTS..E MAILS,AGAIN E MAILS..THE DO NOT KNOW WHO IS GOING TO ISSUE THE RETURN VOUCHER..THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY MAIL UNLESS 3 WEEKS HAVE PASSED..THE SEND ME FROM FRYE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BORDERFREE AND VICE VERCA..THE THING IS I HAVE SENT THE BOOTS BACK A MONTH AGO..AND I CANNOT FIND OUT IF THEY ARRIVED..OR WHO IS GOING TO REFUND ME..- 4 - FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE....THANK GOT THERE ARE INTITUTIONS LIKE BANKS...OR CYBERCRIME UNIT TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF INTERNET SHOPS..REALLY A SHAME

I was a very loyal customer and love their boots have 9 pairs and only ever had to send one back. With Covid my purchases have switched from instore to online which I started buying direct from them. I purchased boots on February 6th at full price $498 and the boots which I love showed up on 2/15, 3 weeks later the boots are on sale for $214, I reach out to their customer service on March 9th and a very sweet lady told me they will issue the credit, sweet so I immediately purchased another pair of boots. Then on 3/14 I received an email stating it was outside their 30 day return policy which is based on when I purchased, I responded that the boots showed up on 2/15 which if I bought them in a store would be the date of purchase and that I have purchased 3 pairs of boots already in the past two months and ordered another same day, but they would not budge. So despite how much I love their boots they do not care about their customers and are willing to loose a customer who spends alot of money with them for $280, so unfortunately as soon as I receive my most recent order I will return without even opening.
Frye boots are top quality. Their customer service is stellar. Excellent shopping. Amazing boots & shoes!
I bought my first pair of Frye boots around 2011. It's 2021 and that same pair of boots is still my #1 favorite I wear regularly. I joke that I'll be buried in them. I got the black version of the same boots (Victoria slouch) as a gift and have those in perfect shape after 8 years. Great craftsmanship, quality boots.
I love love love Frye boots, I will never buy anything else!!!! I have six pairs and would love a seventh if it wasn't just after Christmas :) they are the most beautiful and best made boots I have ever had in my entire life and I am 54!! i have over 400 pairs of shoes, but my Frye boots are BY FAR my most favorite!!! My hat is off to this truly spectacular company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the Frye boots that I have but I did have some trouble actually settling on a pair. I have both a pair of the harness boots and a pair of tall Veronica boots and love them both. However I Had to order many pairs until finding good ones as the quality and sizing do not seems to be consistent. I did not have any trouble with my returns.
I'm looking for a pair of women's, black, lace-up, waterproof, motorcycle boots. Thanks for the reviews. I will look elsewhere. Years ago, Frye was the go to boot shop. I see that they have sadly changed.
Horrendous customer service. I received one pair of boots (out of three) with an unsewn seem. They offered me $8.88 to get them fixed! I'm not inconvenienced and have to bring them to the post office–and I was not offered the sale discount on a different pair of boots. They directed negativity towards me about their defective boots they shipped me -and the lack of customer service provided. I had been buying Frye boots for decades. No more. Quality and serivce are not what they used to be.
I placed an order on july 26 using a promo code (order number 310368) that i got from a friend. The order was confirmed and it was supposed to ship in around 2 days. 5 days later it still didn't ship so i emailed them, waited almost a week and got no response, so i called them. The customer service representative said that the promo code i used was "only for existing customers" and therefore my order will not be shipped. They did not email me anything about this nor did they refund me. When asking the representative about my refund she said i will be refunded within 48 hours. It is now august 9th, five days after speaking to them and i still did not get my refund or any emails about it. Never ever buy from this company they have terrible customer service and will hold your money hostage for as long as they want. Update: August 19th I got my refund. Almost a full month after placing my order. If you live paycheck to paycheck or just don't want to feel like you've been robbed then don't ever order from this company.
